Heads 2 Tails Foundation is a reputable non-profit organization run completely by volunteers,
founded to help educate the public about the plight of abandoned and stray cats and find homes for as many of them as we can.
We presently operate a cage-free, no-kill foundation that houses homeless cats/kittens looking for permanent homes.
